Rates, packages, and what you actually pay.

You pay your programme's per-lesson rate multiplied by the number of lessons, less the package discount. Nothing else is added.

Not sure where to start?

One 30-minute trial lesson with a spoken assessment and a written level report — yours to keep. Adult learners: one per student.

30-minute packages are priced at 70% of the 60-minute rate.

Supplement only

Exam Preparation

Young Learners — Early Start

All prices are charged in US dollars. Your card, Alipay or WeChat Pay account is billed the amount shown, converted at your provider's rate at the moment of payment. Your bank or payment app may apply its own handling charge.

Validity is counted from the date your payment is received. Each window allows a small amount of slack for rescheduling and holidays.

Booking more than one lesson a week simply finishes the package sooner — the window is a limit, not a schedule. Unused credits lapse at the end of the period and have no cash value. A rescheduled lesson must still fall inside the original window.

How to pay

How to pay

We accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, and international credit and debit cards. Payment is processed by Stripe, a licensed international payment provider. Thryvia Learn does not see or store your card or account details.

1

Confirm your programme and package with us by WeChat, LINE, ClassIn chat or email.

2

You receive a secure payment link. It comes directly from Stripe, is unique to your purchase, and shows the exact amount before you confirm anything.

3

Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay or card on the payment page.

4

Complete the payment in your usual app. Alipay and WeChat Pay users scan a QR code or are redirected to the app.

5

You receive a receipt by email, followed by your booking link — which matches the lesson length you bought and lets you set the weekly slot that repeats for the length of your package.

We do not accept direct transfers to a personal account. If you receive a request for payment by any method other than a Stripe payment link, it did not come from us — contact us on WeChat, LINE, ClassIn chat or email before paying.

Your bank or payment app may apply its own handling or conversion charge. This is outside our control.

Keep your receipt. You will need it for any refund request, and refunds must be requested within 60 days of payment.
